Changed your mind?

You can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of the day you receive it. Email us at [email protected] with your name and order details to let us know. You then have a further 14 days to send the items back.

Condition of returned items

• Items should be unused and returned with any tags and packaging.
• Bats must be unmarked: not knocked-in, oiled, used or stickered over.
• If an item has been used or handled more than you would in a shop, we may reduce your refund to reflect that.
• For hygiene reasons, abdominal guards, socks, inners and compression wear can only be returned if the packaging is unopened.

Return postage

You pay the cost of sending items back unless they are faulty or we sent the wrong item. We recommend a tracked service. Please post returns to: [RETURNS ADDRESS].

Refunds

We refund the price of the items and the standard delivery charge you paid, to your original payment method, within 14 days of receiving the items back (or proof that you have sent them).

Faulty items

If something arrives damaged or develops a fault, email us with photos. Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected. Please note that cricket bats are natural willow: surface cracks on the face and edges are normal with use and not a fault, especially if the bat has not been knocked-in properly.

Custom bats

Bats made or chosen to your personal specification through a custom request can't be returned for a change of mind, but you are still covered if they are faulty.
